We want you to love every item for your home, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unused household goods. Simply ensure the products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
